. Performed complex logics ABC of a 180 ton/hour boiler for the DCS.
. Conducted FAT & SAT ( loop checking (hot & cold), functional test and interlock logic check, etc )
. Configured process alarm summary reports, Trends, Historian, Sequence of Events (SOE), alarm prioritized, security access levels .
. Conversant with P&IDs, cause and effect charts, functional logic diagrams, loop diagrams, I/O wiring diagrams, lay out diagrams
. Supervised during panel fabrication .
. Repaired and calibrated of pneumatic instrument devices.
. Experienced in overhauling, maintenance, calibration of the field Intelligent / Smart instruments : control valves ,pressure and differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, level transmitters, positioners & etc.
