(UPDC) United Precision Drilling Co./ Weatherford Drilling International) Ahmadi Kuwait.
April 2012-Present
Rig 870 (Super Rig) with OMRON Vfd/Scr System, CAT 3516 rig engines, 2200hp DC motorsmudpump,Direct drive LTI 750 ton 1590 hp drive, 1365 hp AC motor Drawworks, 1150 hp AC motor Rotery Table.
Rig 160 with OMRON VfdSystem and Varco Driller console (for top drive) and Ross Hill Scr System, CAT 3512 Rig engines, 1300 hp DC motors mudpump, TDS 9/11 400 ton 700 hp top drive, 1250 hp DC motor Drawworks, and DC Rotary Table Motor.

Duties And Responsibility
Participated in the company's safety program.
Work with VFD/SCR DRIVE rigs ( OMRON and Ross Hill systems )
Capable of working in tough environments, including confined space entry; working on height, lock and tag out, and safe rigging and slinging
Well-disciplined in using protective equipment and applying safety rules when working
Ability to work with mechanic and motorman as needed
Ability to work independently and work as per instrucions
Ability to maintain good communication with all crew members
Testing, Install, Repair and maintain electrical equipment conformed to the preventative maintenance program as directed by the Superior Electrician.
Assured electrical tools and equipment on rig are kept in good condition and in proper as well as safe functioning (e.g electrical components of motors, air compressors,engines,transporming systems,refrigeration system,power generator,rectifiers and circuits,power distribution systems,drive control system,lightening fixtures,alarms,camera,etc...)
Diagnosed faulty equipment operation.
Report any lack in stock of electrical parts,tools and consumables on rig.
