16 years of multi-discipline experience in Process Design Engineering and Opera-tions of oil and gas production facilities, Preparation of Conceptual, FEED and De-tailed Studies, Design Reports, Refineries, Gas Treatment Plants, Review Projects SOR (State-ment of Requirements), Technical Proposals, Scheduling/Planning, Construction Com-pletion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Operation and Start-up including about 2 years Secondment in the Hague office, The Netherlands (CB&I Lummus).

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING

o Development of Conceptual Process, Basic Engineering Design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction Managing, including simulations calculations using HYSIS and PRO-II, to develop Material and Heat balances, process selection, design basis, isola-tion philosophy, drainage philosophy, and reviewed feasibility studies.
o Detailed Engineering Activities, developed process flow diagrams (PFD),& P&ID’s, Equipment / Instrumentation data sheets, Pumps data sheet, Hy-draulics calculations, Safety valves data sheets, line designation lists , basic control criteria, design basis, isolation philosophy, drainage philosophy, and reviewed feasibility studies.
o Prepared tender documents, contracts, and evaluated technical bids.

OPERATION ENGINEERING

o Process monitoring/ Engineering analysis, problem solving, process improve-ment, de- bottlenecking / modification studies, equipment performance.
o Variety of field services including pre-commissioning, startup, training, and troubleshooting for Refineries.
o Providing technical services support for oil & gas plants operations, including daily production follow-up troubleshooting, test-runs, data collection, energy auditing, units/systems revamps and evaluation of technical tenders. Enforced safety and environmental regulations.

LEADERSHIP

o Managing, coaching, mentoring and delivering professional training for young process engineers and operators
o Provided team leadership, project engineering for mega projects.
o Performed project engineering and team leadership to negotiate contracts, with licensors, vendors, and contractors (as owner representative). Re-viewed project progress, schedule using MS projects, budget, technical documents, and performed project quality control.
