Professional Experience
1) Directs the operation, maintenance, inspection, repair & upgrading of office/housing/transport services, equipment, properties & utilities of the Company.
2) Arrange for the registration of new vehicles & timely renewal, filing of vehicle accident claims & follow-up.
3) Assist in the preparation & review for the company operating and Admin. Capital Budget as required.
4) Arranges for the regular repair & maintenance of all office machinery & equipment, housing facilities & Regional Offices premises; regularly reviews cleaning requirements of all facilities & arranges necessary manpower to undertake cleaning or repair tasks.
5) Ensures that all maintenance contracts are carried out as per contract agreement; advises & follow-up superior as required.
6) Facilitates processing of immigration and insurance claims and ensures timely update of records and files.
7) Controls purchases of ACB items, checks & compares quotations against Local Purchase Orders & forwards for managerial approval.
8) Supervises Messengers’ tasks to ensure continuity and smooth flow of mail service in the Company.
9) Arranges to meet the overseas recruits on arrival at the airport and arranges repatriation of terminating staff.
10) Control the hotel reservations for staff on duty travel & new recruits negotiate with hotel management for favorable rates as required.
11) Monitors the arrangement of staff annual passage, liaises with travel agencies to ensure efficient & cost effective service.
12) Handled office shifting activities (E-Vision corporate office shifting to DXB Al Kifaf & HRB-Deira).
13) Expert in public relation activities. Regular interaction with Economic Department, Municipalities, Civil Defense and National Media Council related to E-Vision Management.
14) Asset Management: Maintains records of E-Vision assets
15) Liaising with Marketing Department for all promotional activities.
16) Performs any other related duties as required.
