Piping Engineer

I have 4 years of experience in Design & Detail Engineering of Oil & Gas facilities with various industry codes like ASME, ANSI etc. and has got hands on experience in software like PDMS, Auto Cad etc. with good communication skill.

Knowledge of Process Piping Engineering, Piping Design Engineering.
 Preparation of BOM & Bulk MTO from P&ID and Piping GAD.
 RF Pad calculation & Pipe Wall thickness calculation.
 Verifications of FEED Documents.
 Preparation and Review of Piping Design Basis, Pipe Material Specifications (PMS), Valve Material Specifications (VMS) and other Specifications.
 Preparation and Checking of Data-sheets for Manual Valves and Piping Specialty items.
 Preparation of documentation & inter department co-ordination.
 Communication with Client & Vendor.
 Review and evaluation of Vendor Offers for Manual Valves & Specialty items, raising Technical Queries (TQ) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
 Preparation and Checking of Manual Valve Summary, Specialty Items List, Insulation MTO and
Piping Bulk MTO.
 Reviewing FEED Documents, Development of SOW & Scope Matrix for Proposals.
 Preparation Piping Material Specification & Preparation of Branch Table.
 Study of P&ID, plot plans, and modeling & clash analysis of received Isometric drawings
 Using PDMS.
 Extract the pipe isometric and bill of material from PDMS and convert into AutoCAD.
 Reviewed project P&ID, material specification, vendor documents & drawings to meet the project requirements.
 Calculation of Miter Elbow/Bends.
 Updating model as per Redline markups.
 PDMS Modeling
 Modeling of Piping, Supports, Equipment’s etc.
 Model checking & Clash Report checking.
 Isometric Extraction.
 Spooler Drawing.
 Providing Special Pipe Support and Multidisciplinary Supports.
 Generating GA, Pipe support drawing using MDS Draft.
