I am an instrumentation & Control Engineer with 21 years of relevant experience in - oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, mining and power industries.
I am currently working with a Worley Parsons, Brisbane as Lead / Principal Instrumentation &Control Engineer.
I have worked as Lead / Principal engineer on the Natural gas projects with most of the operators (APLNG/BG-QGC/Santos) in Queensland, Australia. Attached is my CV for your kind perusal. I have worked as Project manager, Engineering manager, Principal Engineer, Package Leader, Lead engineer with engineering consultancy companies as well as EPCM companies in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and India. I have worked as ‘Owner’s engineer’ for major EPCM projects in Australia. I have also worked as the Lead installation commissioning engineer on a fast track project (using ABB Elsag Bailey DCS system) in Indonesia. I have hands on experience working as maintenance engineer.
I have hands on experience in – Hazop and SIL facilitations, Safety life cycle process, Safety requirement specifications and Validations, Reliability analysis.
I am experienced in - detailed engineering (instrumentation, control systems, emergency shut down and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) engineering), communication system architecture development, control system/safety system/network hardware selection, Installation, commissioning, maintenance, project/engineering management, contract management, technical proposals, vendor bid evaluation and estimations.
I have worked on fast track projects in multi-disciplined team environment and I am experienced in feasibility study, due-diligence study, FEED, detailed engineering (EPCM) and on-site assessments for major facilities.
My experience include, engineering for - Coal seam gas well head / Gas compressor / Metering / High pressure piping interconnect facilities, ‘Sulphur Recovery' facilities for ‘Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking’ plants, Fats and oil hydrogenation / Esterification plants, Power plants/Industrial boilers, Mining, Coal terminals and coal beneficiation plants, waste water treatment plants and Industrial facility management.
