Daily Management of Oil and Gas Centre providing services for British Petroleum Omani new hires and existing staff, comprising training needs analysis, job role identification, development program planning and quality control. Daily management of the centre’s staffing and all HR issues: salaries, contracts awards, terms and conditions, retention strategies/ initiatives and talent management, budgets and resourcing. Assembled, developed and retained a very productive and successful team to deliver the program objectives with 100% success. This contract will complete in December 2016, presently I am just in a caretaker role preparing for handover to the Omani Government.
