Am a manufacturing /Construction Professional with MNC and with GCC Experience .With a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and an industrial Experience of 24 years in manufacturing, Construction, production, Quality, Business development , Project Co ordination, ISO & IMS. Served a multinational Air Liquide Engineering and other EPC companies of high repute by heading their manufacturing divisions .Trained in the other Engineering entities of Air Liquide in France,Japan & China , picked up the good Industrial, safe Practices in the manufacturing/Construction Domain in all parts of the world.

Achievements:

• Developed a Harizotal filling station ( A Low end Automation) at 50 % in cost reduction and with 100 % improvement in the Productivety .
• Responsible for the development of Internals of Distillation Columns (AST & DSTS) indigenously fetching 40% of savings to the company.
• Respnsible for the development of Jet brakers indegeneously
• Established the Beam line for the development of technological structures.

Worked with M/s Kraketau steels in Indonesia for the site construction job. Was the construction Incharge for a liquid plant at Indian Petro chemicals (Baroda)Responsible for the Implementation of IMS System for the Workshop. Familiar with all welding methods including plasma Arc, Sub Arc, FCAW,TIG,MIG etc. Familiar with Manufacturing of Pressure vessels, Driers, Distillation Columns, cooling towers, Piping skids, and other High end manufacturing. Familiar with, Pressure Vessels, Heat Ex-changers, Technological Structures Deaerators, Condensate storage tanks, Surge tanks for power, steel sectors and Refineries . Currently working with an EPC C in your es ompany (M/S Mahathi infra services Pvt Ltd- Hyderabad) as Sr. General manager Operations is seeking for an opportunity in your esteemed organization .
