WE ARE PRODUCING 120,000 LITRES/day ethanol (96.3%) from cane molasses having 53% sugar contents and 85 degrees BRIX.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the process parameters.
Handling trouble shooting on plant.
To take decisions in the light of lab results.
PLANNING AND COMISSIONING OF CO2 RECOVERY PLANT:
I worked completely for the Errection and Commissioning of CO2 recovery plant at Tandlianwala Sugar Mills Ltd. (Distillery) having a capacity of 2000 kg/hr. CO2 produced at Fermentation Section is recovered at this plant.
