• Erection Commissioning and Installation of Dust Suppuration System, Dust Extraction System &Ventilation System.
• Installation & Maintenance of All types of Pump, all valves, Actuator, Compressor R-55 KW to R-75 KW.
• Piping of cooling water pump, Service water pump, Dry fog Water pump &Compressor R-55 KW to R-75KW.
• All the system controlled by PLC who’s operated by our client at Power Plant.
• Flow Activation System box, Presser Regulator Valve box operated by PLC.
• Attending leakage of Water & Air line piping by Hydraulic Testing System at the end of Project Completed.
• At the end of the Project Work. We checked the all system by PLC then handover to client.
• Co-ordinate with design and development and manufacturing department for timely delivery of projects.
• Handling shift exigencies in coordination with all plants.
• Billing process of Erection Commissioning Project.
• Working exposure of Hoist, Materiel Handling.
• Reporting for daily working, Wages sheet of worker.
• Preventive maintenance and planned maintenance

In over institute consist of several laboratories and workshop which have many heavy machines as well as models. The purpose of this project is to make a device which can lift and carry these machines from one place to another conveniently in our institute. Hydraulic hand pallet truck is found suitable for said purpose.
