Document Controller / LCI Coordinator

Document Controller / LCI Coordinator:
Associated with documentation of maintenance and modification projects on Snorre and temporarily on Asgard platforms situated in the North Sea.
Cross checking whether tags, lines and documents entered in TIME are existing in STID. If not, then connecting and rectifying the same.
In case of old Tampen projects being transferred to Snorre, connecting the correct tags and lines to the respective WBS numbers and also by bifurcating them so that they are easy to search and edit.
Checking whether all the data entered by the engineers in TIME are correct and complete to their knowledge.
Verifying that data and in TIME and STID are similar and that there is no discrepancy.
Making sure that any changes made in TIME are reflected correctly in STID. If not, then asking the engineers to manually do so.
Generating reports from TIME and STID to verify accuracy and correctness of data entered in both the software. In case of any clashes in the data entered, asking the engineer to rectify them.
Releasing LCI 1, 2 & 3 according to their respective time milestones.
Compiling data and specifying them in the LCI mail with their correct specifications and bifurcations, so that it is easier for the client to refer the same in STID.
In case any comments are received from the client side, forwarding them to the respective engineers for further actions and rectifications.
Software Developer Trainee:
Associated with development of software modules for banking applications of banks located in India.
Involved in coding, compiling, debugging of new and existing software modules as per client requirements and specifications.
Using VB.NET for programming on .Net platform and MS MYSQL for database programming.
Maintaining modules of day to day credit and debit transactions along with end of day (EOD) procedures.
Generating reports using Crystal reports for credit and debit receipts.
Testing the created or modified module at programmer level for any glitches.
After successful testing, forwarding it to the QA/QC tester for professional testing.

Graduate in Information Technology (BSc IT), First-Class with 68.38% marks, in March 2011 through Nagindas Khandwala College, [Malad, Mumbai] from the Mumbai University.
