MECHANICAL ENGINEER WITH 2.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PIPING FABRICATION, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING PROJECTS.
• To study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspection work.
• Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction.
• Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.
• Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on weekly basis.
• Documentation and maintaining of Fit-Up, Weld Visual, PWHT, Spool clearance and Spool release reports.
• Supervise and Inspection of Post Weld Heat Treatment of Welding.
• Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings.
• Arrangement of fabricated spools in Lay down Yard as per standards.

First class degree in Mechanical Engineering (4Yrs)

 Excellent time management skills.
