Overall co-ordination of the warehouse operation; which includes managing of shift supervisors, foremen & operators, material movement planning and outbound dispatch documentation.
Ensure safe and hygienic operation of the facility, upgrading it to standard warehousing practices.
Development of warehousing system to ensure a smooth pallet flow while ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
Maintaining stock freshness through FIFO principle at warehouse.
Liaising with Logistics Coordinators for inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensuring safe and hygienic practices are strictly followed in warehouse at all times.
Providing data and support for stock reconciliation processes as required.

Ensuring that the Contractor supplied materials and equipment are received, stored, preserved and handled in accordance with the Project procedures and specifications.
Ensuring that the Contractor’s Centralized Material Management System is timely developed and effectively implemented for controlling of the proper tooling, equipment and materials for their timely availability to meet the construction schedule.
Overseeing any reconciliation and disposal of surplus materials as may be required to support contract close-out.

Managing and maintaining the accuracy of information on warehouse system
Movement of personnel, equipment and materials to offshore and onshore job locations.
