 Expertise in designing, developing and delivering training programs for Operations and maintenance personnel.
 Expertise in technical training of process, trouble shooting, procedures and development of Assessors and verifiers.
 Expertise in the implementation of Competency Assurance Management system (CAMS).
 Competency requirement mapping for various job roles and capability development.
 Practical experience of implementing Competency Assurance, ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 systems backed by track record of active involvement in competency development ,plant safety, improvement and optimization activities, Preparation of operations, maintenance and safety procedures and manuals.
 Excellent operational knowledge of AutoCAD, preparation and interpretation of P&Id’s, PFD’s, Isometric drawings, Product Data sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets etc.,
 Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption.
 A keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
 Experienced in maintenance/operations of a wide spectrum of equipments and components. Adept at preventive and breakdown maintenance.
 Proficient in spearheading production operations and taking cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency of machines and enhance productivity.
 Experience of all safety aspects of the Petrochemical, oil and gas installations, fertilizer and heavy chemical plants.
 An excellent communicator coupled and motivator with exceptional interpersonal & managerial skills.
