Career Objective
Mustafa is keen on joining a successful and dynamic company that will challenge his problem
solving skills and allow him to continue to develop his knowledge and potentials.
Professional Experience
Investigate and solve process problems during start-up of a new NGL plant. One of which is the
off specification LPG product from debutanizer tower. I found that, the bottleneck design for
tower measurement level devices. Short and long term modification solutions were addressed
for level measurements devices to remediate this problem. Reaching to adapt all specifications
of LPG and condensate products according to policy quality standard of the company.
Study and analyze the root cause of failure. For example, the problem of gas leakage at the cap
flange of a new condensate heat exchanger that resulted from composition depression of feed
gas. I have developed a new control loop according to management of change to sustain the
company’s safety priorities and increase the operation reliability.
Calculate, estimate and suggest a new technique. For instance, the flare purging using nitrogen
purge that rationalize fuel consumption and reduce Co2 emissions that negatively affected the
environment by utilizing the existing facility with low modification costs.
Develop new operation conditions for natural gas plant using process simulation software. An
illustration, the development of increasing old NGL plant productivity by 10% excess after
maximizing flow through utilizing a small centrifugal compressor during overhauling the main big
one that was achieved. Resulting in a significant progress in the reliability of the plant capacity.

Additional Information
Considerable experience in most aspects of natural gas processing stages both as an
operation engineer and the section head of technical studies. My experiences help to develop your
company plans and achieve its goals. A proven ability at using applied research and problem solving
skills for establishing the root cause of any processes related failure, as well as heading any
investigations. Also, have hands on experience in making sure that the standards of quality are met
while costs are kept as low as possible. Using my excellent communication skills has helped me to
support the working with team, as well as good knowledge and experience of the management process
