Project Engineer- (Control and Instrumentation Systems)

• Manage instrumentation & controls engineering project requirements.
• Manage instrumentation & controls engineering services that meet Sponsor, its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
• Manage instrumentation & controls engineering services such as:
o participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures;
o ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes;
o provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities and also preparing Specifications, Datasheets, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluations and Purchase order preparation.
o outline project requirements including actively promoting workshare, where appropriate, assign tasks and supervise progress.
• Proactively resolve any discrepancies between Sponsor and its stakeholder’s requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the instrumentation & controls engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Client.
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.
• Good knowledge of the process in Gathering Centers and Effluent Water Disposal Plants and have worked with RS3 and Delta V DCS systems.
• Responsible for meeting Instrumentation engineering / designing deliverable schedules, man hour budgets for the project.
• Co-ordination/interfacing with Projects, Procurement, other disciplines, fabrication, vendors and Customer, as required, during execution of the project
• All work performed with Compliance to HSE procedures.
• Have supervised shutdown jobs and provide support during start up procedures.
• Knowledge of various standards required in the oil and gas industries.
• Capable of reading Instrument data sheets, P and ID’s, Instrument loop drawings and logic diagrams.
• Knowledge and hands on of calibration of instruments related to basic process parameters and brief knowledge of control loops.
• Knowledge and hands on of installation commissioning and troubleshooting of Instrumentation equipments and systems and fire and gas instruments.
• Complete knowledge of deluge systems and Fire suppression systems.
• Logic development and configuration of ESD and FnG system in TRICONEX TMR system .
• Sound knowledge of Gas turbines

• B.E (Instrumentation) from Mumbai University (Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering) with First class.

• Training on “DCS & SCADA” from “RASHTRIYA CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS (RCF)” which gave an exposure of “EXPERION” DCS system and “INTOUCH” SCADA system
• Training on “BASIC INSTRUMENTATION” from “SITRAIN (SIEMENS LTD.)” where I had a complete hands on various instruments used for measuring temperature, flow, level and pressure parameters
• Training on “PLC, SCADA, DCS, AC Drives, Embedded systems, Electronics Panel Wiring and Instrumentation” from PROLIFIC AUTOMATION TRAINING where I had complete hands on “ALLEN BRADLEY” and “SIEMENS” PLC , Wonderware INTOUCH software of “INVENSYS” in SCADA, Delta V DCS system.
• Completed 40 HRS. training of Project Management Professional certification course.
• Completed training on Intools ver 7.0 from Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
