Spent the last 17 years in the Hospitality industry ranging from developing and running 5 to 6 start hotels and food and beverage outlets at high volume tourist destinations to mananging and preparing sporting venues through out the world for major sporting events like the World Cup and the Olympic Games. Currently I have spent the last 7 years working in the Remote Site Camps developing and running them in West and East Africa.
