•Contract Management including tendering, preparation of Bid, drafting, evaluation, negotiation & execution for EPC Contracts , non-disclosure agreements, sales / purchasing agreements, Subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements.
•Establishing and maintaining contractual compliance processes & procedures
•Developing plan & strategy and implementation of the specific to the Projects to match budget, schedule & quality
•Leading the contract change processes and negotiations on their content.
•Contractual risks analysis and ensure that all risks are identified, advising on their impact, recommending mitigating actions to resolve them and proposing solutions with regard to dispute resolution.
•Managing the key commercial drivers of the contractual engagement and providing continuous support for improvement of the company’s commercial position.
•Preparation of tender documents for Subcontract & procurement to ensure compliance with Project requirement & company guidelines & coordinating the evaluation process of offers/tenders, submitting and defending the evaluation conclusions.
•Negotiations of contractual terms and conditions with potential Client/ Contractors.
•Variation, Change Order and claim management and administration,
•Ensure the milestones , major change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, and amendments comply with company and contractual guidelines.
•Procurement / Subcontracts negotiation of legal / contractual provisions within Purchase Orders, Service Agreements & Subcontracts associated with project & non-project related requirements.
•Procurement business processes including material management & logistics.
•Liaison with Client/ Consultant/ Government agencies / Legal / Proposals /logistics/ Import.
•Contract close-out,settlement of claims,guarantees and Warranty claims
