Have hands on experience working as a Field Maintenance Engineer in (different Power Plants and Oil and Gas Fields) on CAT‘NIIGATA ’CUMMINS’PERKINS’ Diesel and Gas Multi Power Gensets and Ariel Compressor.
Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting, Start Up, Commissioning,O and M, Assembling and Disassembling ,schedule routine maintenance,Top and Major Overhauling of Diesel,Gas, Multi Engines.
• Attend the critical troubleshooting & customer’s issues etc.
• Technical support to Customers on operational issues / problems, plant reliability and trouble free operation. • Inspection and service report writing of complete engine and its components.
• PDI(Pre-delivery inspection) of different parts for major and minor overhauls.
• Ensure tools, spares& work done according to schedule.
• Maintenance activities of Power plant Auxiliaries i.e Pumps,Supply Fan, Heat Exchanger ,cooling tower and Raditor.
Making sure all health and safety precautions are taken.
