I majored as business management in Notre Dame University, I hold a Bachelor Degree in Management. I have more than 4.5 years of experience in Mali as a camp manager in remote sites for Randgold Resources of Loulo and Gounkoto Gold camps. The camp accommodates more than 1,500 persons, and more than 3,000 persons outside the camp. I am responsible for the catering, Laundry, entertainment and accommodation of the employees outside and inside the camp.
