Contact suppliers for Spare parts availability, track spare parts posting on SAP, raising purchase request using SAP, raise indents for overseas order and following up with Purchase Order to ensure lead time is within norm.
Ensure that Plan Engineering and Spare parts store meets all its KPIs’ by carrying out all task as stated in the work plan ad job description.
Actively participates in organizing Preventive Maintenance team and scheduling of annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
Ensure optimal availability of required spare parts, plan for equipment maintenance, update equipment inventory management system, make training materials for operators and technicians development.
Schedule routine maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitor s execution.
Evaluate effectiveness of preventive actions using all available data, ensure timely execution of work orders and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Track spare parts orders, ensures timely delivery and coordinate general stock count of spare parts store.
Use RCFA, KAIZEN to solve and correct technical abnormalities, make training materials on specific tasks relating to development of operators, technicians and other involved persons.
Zones inspection and supervision of technician during planned maintenance day. Ensure that the planned maintenance cards are properly prepared for maintenance work and proper documentation of the work is carried out.
Carryout regular inspection on all plant equipment, update changes on equipment movement, make monthly BCS report on maintenance module, calculate manned hour and maintenance cost expenses.
Ensure all PM (Preventive Maintenance) is effectively executed on conformance to schedule.
Updates maintenance task list, maintenance plan, create indents for overseas orders, raise purchase request using SAP for spare parts acquisition, third party contracts, goods receipt, goods issued, equipment creation, work orders and notification
