Hiteshkumar is a Chemical Engineer with over 8+ years of broad multi-disciplinary chemical engineering experience, gained in the Business development, Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering design, Procurement plan and project management in EPCC. He has been responsible for the client meeting, strategic partnership, proposal/tender submission, preparation of techno-commercial documents, engineering coordination with other disciplines, submittal of project deliverables, project management and supervision of a range of multi-million US$ EPC projects.

Hiteshkumar has a solid background in the EPCC project bidding, Engineering, execution & management with multi-disciplinary engineers, as well as several years’ contract execution experience on a variety of water treatment, waste-water treatment, sewage treatment, industrial process & other environmental projects as Project Engineer or Process Engineer.

 Study of Tender & Firm Inquiry
 Site Visit for collecting the required detail
 Work out the cost estimation based on construction material and man hours requirement
 Co-ordination with other disciplines i.e. Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation
 Front End Design Engineering, Basic Design, Process Engineering are responsible for equipment
designing, installing control systems and operating, testing and upgrading processes in industrial
plants.
 Working closely with other specialists, including: responsible crew for the quality control of raw
materials, intermediates and finished products engineers responsible for plant maintenance;
commercial colleagues on product specifications and production schedules; and the operating
crew.
 FEED, Process Flow Diagram, P&IDs, Vendor Development, optimization of industrial processes.
 Participate for risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID studies;
 Sub contractor selection and assign site instruction/s for project progress.
 Preparation of cash-flow projection, bird-view on project expenses and coordinate with finance
department, payment follow up with client
 Client approval against the final submission/hand over of report of the project
