Professional Experience
Hands on experience in operation of Linear Alkyl benzene Unit (PACOL & Detergent alkylation), Fired heaters of capacity 11 & 69 MMKcals/hr and utilities such as Boiler, Cooling towers, Effluent treatment plant (ETP), Water treatment plant(WTP), Instrument adsorption drier unit(IAD), Nitrogen plant (PSA) and storage & handling of petroleum fractions, petro-chemicals, and LPG.
Independently handled production of LAB by DCS plant operation through CENTUM CS3000 of Yokogawa, Japan.
Optimization of production by conserving energy and confirming product quality through ASPEN ONE Advanced Process Control System (APC) of aspen tech, USA.
Ensures safe and efficient control of work through the use of the permit to work system including worksite preparation, onsite inspections.
Monitoring plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identified existing or potential technical problems in plant and APC.
Lead the plant protection team during emergency situations involving process and equipment failure to control the emergency.
Effectively manage manpower by interdepartmental coordination to accomplish process and maintenance requirements.
Responsible for targeted production and quality products.
Experience in handling fire fighting equipments, participated in mock drill (MD) operation and knowledge in health, safety.
Ensure proper preparation of equipments and system for maintenances activities during normal operation and shutdown.
Working in SAP for production, stock management, and maintenance.
