Job responsibility:
• Carry out service and repair of Alfa Laval Aalborg steam boilers in ships.
• New product system integration for the existing unit.
• Testing and commissioning of waste heat recovery boiler system & Marine Gas Oil system.
• Calibration of field instruments water level transmitter, oil flow control valves, DP transmitter, PID controls, temperature and air flow transmitter and all other components installed in the boiler.
• Checked, diagnose and repair electronic controls, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Electrical Control panel hard wiring for modification of the boiler system and software upgrades.
• Generate technical report, recommendation every after the job is completed.
• Fair knowledge of PLC control and HMI controllers.
Other Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) repair, pressure testing, assembly & Disassembly of unit.
• Supervision of Alfa Laval Compablock repair, leak identification, hydro pressure test, pneumatic pressure testing.
• Assist intermediate & major overhauling of Alfa Laval high speed separator (Purifier). Electrical fault finding and repair.
• Generate technical report recommend spare parts and technical advice for proper operation and handling of the equipments.
