HSE Safety Coordinator (FEDC Field Employee Development Coordinator)
• HSE Safety Coordinator: Mentors and coaches employees, completes well site audits based on OSHA and Halliburton standards, promotes and teaches safety curriculums. Manages 8-10 field safety leaders (JSSLs) at a time. Enters competencies and performance-based data for HSE. Works daily with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Excel and other Halliburton company software.
• Currently helping implement a Halliburton safety program in the Middle East.
PREVIOUS FIELD EXPERIENCE:
• Fluid Pump Trainer and Operator: Trained new hire employees on Serva fluid pumps for Coil Tubing (Boots and Coots) and HT fluid pumps for Frac (Halliburton). Proficient in ACE operating systems, Flex systems and UniPro systems. Proficient with all Halliburton and Serva manufactured Frac and Coil Tubing equipment including nitrogen pumps.
• Chemical Systems Hand: Managed all aspects of chemical operations during Frac and Coil Tubing jobs (Strapping, loading and offloading, making connections, tracking and training).
• Sand Operator: Operated sand movers and sand castles during Frac operations. Managed third party sand haulers, organized, measured and tracked volumes.
• CDL Driver: Active Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Coil Tubing/Frac Hand: (Boots and Coots/Halliburton). Performed pre/post job inspections, performed and completed preventative maintenance, maintained support equipment, rigged up and down service line equipment to and from the wellhead. Equipment operator.
