M/LWD Field Specialist 3

Involved in monitoring and checking the functionality of the equipment. Involved in testing and diagnosing the network interruptions. Responsible for configuration and assembly of servers, computers, routers, satellite, etc.

Responsibilities:
 Manages personal development and keeps informed on current technology and strategy.
 Trains, coaches and mentors junior engineers or specialists.
 Follows the fixed step training program and competency requirements.
 Meets and maintains all Safety Training requirements.
 Participates in pre-job planning and mobilization.
 Develops and maintains a positive relationship with the customers to ensure repeat business.
 Delivers superior service quality to the customers.
 Ensures that all customer deliverables (logs, digital data, reports) at the well site are delivered on time and meet all standards.
 End of Well Report preparation and delivery to customer
 Manages inventory and supplies required at the well site.
 Maintains good communication with the customer's well site representative, the rig crew and field support staff.
 Actively participates in knowledge sharing.
 Ensures all reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis.
 Provides quality answers and solutions to the customers' questions, requests, or problems while at the well site.
 May have to follow up on failures with the maintenance team.
 Ensures failure reports are closed with clients.
 May have to perform nuclear tool calibrations and wipe tests.
 Follows and complies with all SQ, HSE and IT standards.
