Electrical Engineer (Operational +Commission+ Maintenance)

 Supervise & Maintenance of Circuit Breakers (Vacuum & Air)
 Supervise & execute complete electrical-wise erection of machine in terms of safety, quality, and productivity.
 Provide day-to-day electrical side support for plant maintenance & review of plant consumption
 Plan & prepare schedule for electrical activities, shutdowns, load compensation and distribution
 Electrical wise Selection, Installation & Maintenance of Motor, Motor controls, Measuring instruments,VFD(Virtual Frequency Drive), MCC (Motor Control Centre), MCP (Motor Control Panel), Industrial Centrifuge Machine, Fluid Bed Dryer, Compressors and other equipments
 (Instrumentation) Auto-operated sensing and control elements such as Timers, RTDs , Transducers, Pneumatic valves, Sensors and other low voltage elements used in industry.
 Supervise SCADA installation, Technical support for Data-Report filtration and Maintenance
 Prepare S.O.P. and maintenance based manuals
 Implement necessary checks & inspection of Electrical items (X’mer, X’mer Panel, Motor etc...)
 Review previous repetitive activity (especially malfunctioning), to improve the operations and identify the areas for cost reduction, process improvements and cycle time reduction - Qualitative Contribution
 Manage and develop subordinates through training initiatives
 Implement & ensure Environment Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and zero accident rate
 Communicate and coordinate with other departments for optimum working level of the factory
