* Handling AMEX corporate reservation and ticketing for BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB (UAE, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, & BAHRAIN).
* Issue, Reissue and Cancellation of International tickets. Solving Queries through Emails and Calls

Oversee the process to reserve flights on Galileo and Sabre (Global distribution system) and apply most convenient connection with optimum fare levels from travel Management Company on every flown segment booked.

Actively pursuing airlines for best corporate deals and ad hoc fares wherever no corporate deals available.

Ensure to obtain corporate rewards points for all booking made on Emirates, Etihad, Lufthansa/Austrian and KLM/Air France which is used towards annual staff parties.

Organizing and planning travel, holidays, incentive tours around the world.

Liaise with staff, senior managers, directors and CEO for flight reservation, hotel, car rental, meeting/banquet reservation, car transfers and other related activities.

Maintaining and keeping update of profiles for corporate as well as customer travel.

Meeting travel requirements of the staff for personal and official travel

Resolve travel related technical conflicts within the organization and outside.

Research and explore options with respect to entire travel program with minimum expenditure ensuring cost saving to the organization.

Maintenance of travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy plus codes for Accounts Payable.

Evaluation of accounts statements from various vendors related to travel transactions.

Verify entire group reservation request for correctness against meeting profile.

Active follow-up with the vendors for after sales and feedback.


Maintaining sales records and other documentations.

Collect information from travel agent and hotels vendors etc and forwarding to the concern.

Coordinating with the finance department for credit control.

Arrangements of visas of different countries as per travel requirements.
