Ø Experience in Mechanical Field, Especially in, Played Different Challenging Roles and Responsibilities in Piping Fabrication, Equipment Erection, Installation, Testing.

Ø Inspection of NDT Activities such as LP/DPT, UT, X-Ray, MPI & Welding. Pipeline testing & Pre-Commissioning Activities with Co-ordination of Clients/Third Party Inspectors & Engineers, to keep up Quality Control/Assurance.

Ø Able to Read Drawings such as Structural, Pipeline, Civil and P&ID. Estimation using Drawings & Documents to Prepare the Surveying Report.
Ø Update the work progress of the project. Tracing/checking Material for Fabrication.

Ø Work Progress Supervision of Fabrication & Erection/ Installation of Structural and Pipeline works.

Ø Preparation of Daily work schedule/progress report for Pipeline & Structures Being Fabricated & Erected/Installed as per ASME.

Ø Making arrangement for execution of Air-Blowing, Water Flushing, and Hydro-Jetting & Steam Blowing Activities. Co-Ordination in fabrication of temporary spools/flanges, as per the pound rating of the Existing Line.

Ø Work Execution, Manpower control & Allocation of work to Supervisor’s in Accordance with Engineering Department.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

Ø B.E, Mechanical Engineering from SRIRAM ENGINEERING COLLEGE Chennai, Tamilnadu, India with 7 /10 CGPA.

Ø Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED MANALI, Tamilnadu, India with 74.5% Marks during the year 2006-2009.

Ø SSLC at Jai Gopal Garodia Government Higher Sec. School, Chennai Tamilnadu, India with 67.8% marks during the year 2005-2006
