• Carry out process simulation & optimization studies using HYSYS or Chemcad for selected projects
• Preparation of process flow schemes and carry out heat and mass balance calculations
• To ensure all design work compile with code and standards used by client or industry standards
• Sizing of process equipments & internals with selection of proper design pressure and temperature
• Development of P&ID diagrams with Line Size Calculation, PSV and control valve calculation
• Monitoring & coordination between other discipline & provide process engineering inputs to them
• Development of General Arrangement Diagram and detailed Isometric drawing for Piping
• Preparation of data sheets for process equipments with thickness calculation
• Meeting the Pressure equipments requirements of the statutory regulation
• Preparation of technical specification of the equipments for outsourcing
• Exploring the possibility of standardizing parts as far as possible, to reduce cost
• Review the vendor design & participation in HAZOP review, Safety and Energy audits
• Development of various in house tools for sizing the different process equipment in Java based platform
• Collaborated with engineers and project managers regarding design parameters for client projects
• Involved in the preparation of ISO 9001:2008 / 2015 Quality procedures
