Execution Engineer in piping in OIL & GAS

• Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing of various piping systems related to refinery as per Isometrics and GA drawings.
• Ensure the completion of shop fabrication on time as per given work schedule.
• Confirm the pipe fabrication shop is meticulously following the quality as per the test plan.
• Before releasing the fabricated pipes, ascertain the latest revision has been followed.
• Prepare Erection schedule in consultation with clients and review the quality of erection and piping work as per client procedure and project specification.
• Identify discrepancies between actual material requirement for fabrication and client supplied material.
• Develop a test package for piping and coordinate with clients to prepare above ground piping.
• Planning of erection sequence as per site conditions & mechanical inspection of the system as per P & ID.
• Calculations & detailing of the pipe line length with all other fittings.
Revising control of Isometric piping drawings from Piping G.A & P & ID. Advise SWN (stop work notice), coordinating with Spool Gen, Auto cad and back check team.
• Ability to do mark ups & resolving tasks for SWN, S.C.R (shop change requirements), F.C.R (field change requirements), drawings as per the site requirement.
• Assist in preparation of test packages like Chemical tests, Pneumatic tests and Hydrostatic tests.
• Once erection procedures are completed, ascertaining the final inspection of mechanical, piping components,supports,insulation and coatings.
