Job Description and Responsibilities:
Reviewing Tender Documents and identify the Scope of Works and related requirements, highlight critical parts of the job
Estimating the cost for electrical.
Estimation of man-hours required for engineering, inspection, testing and material handling.
Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial proposals on time as per requirements of Tender Documents
Material submittals & selection of appropriate suppliers.
Scheduling the project progress plans which include resources planning.
Bill of Quantity preparation and scheduling on site by reference to the shop drawings.
Preparing price comparison & assist in material procurement.
Negotiating with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping
Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific
Assisting the Planning & Project team during the execution stage
In Charge in QHSE Related Issues
Preparing Risk Assessment and Risk Control of all activities
Preparing method statements and Inspection Test Plan ITP’s conforming to the company quality standards
