Senior Project and Maintenance Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors and suppliers/vendors.
 Performs project specifications by studying product design, production requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates and financial forecast.
 Using AutoCAD controls project plan by reviewing design, spare parts specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
 Lead in the Automation/Alteration/Creation of Equipment and application of technology to monitor or control the production; Responsible for design specification and other detailed documentation; this includes or combination of Mechanically Driven, Robotics, Pneumatic or Hydraulic.
 Lead group of engineers and technicians with different disciplines; Responsible to developed coordination and improved communication for a broader project team.
 Responsible in applying engineering concepts to the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability and availability of asset.
 Responsible to assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization structure; Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and components.
 Assessment of the necessary equipment replacements and established maintenance program with the use of SAP or BMS in monitoring.
 Uses Lean Six Sigma and RCM concepts to optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
 Performs actual equipment maintenance procedure and ensuring there is a continuity of the machinery in case of breakdowns.

I am a Mechanical Engineer who specializes various machine design and projects (in aide of CAD design Auto-Cad) such as creation of new machines, machine improvements, automation, troubleshooting, overhauling and restorations. Cost estimation on all standard and fabrication parts in coordination with the vendor or supplier to ensure specification are within the allowable specification range. Also I used to be an Instructor who trains the cadet engineers and technicians of material sciences and machine designs and principles. In-addition I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and well versed in LEAN principles.
