Job Responsibilities :

* Ensure the electrical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

* Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the electrical equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.

* Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

* Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.

* Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.

* Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components.

* Prepares product reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends.

* Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.

* Review consultant’s design and specification.

Graduation Project Overview:

“Automated LED Street Lights powered by Solar Panels”.

This project aimed to save the power consumption using LED light powered by solar panel that are used to charge attached batteries, for the whole system at a particular time of the night. Motion sensors mounted on the sides of the highway are used to sense moving vehicles to increase the intensity of the LED light and then decreases the intensity of the light as the vehicles passes. This Project proved efficient by my tutors and professors and might be introduced to the Lighting system on highways in Jordan.
