On shore Offshore Drilling and Completions Logistics Manager

Offshore:-
OFFSHORE LOGISTIC TEAM LEADER - DRILLING AND COMPLETIONS
As Team Leader I have been responsible for all aspects of the Offshore Drilling and Completion activity. I have being able to recognise and select the right people to work for/with me and have managed multiple rigs at multiple locations concurrently. I have set teams up which have been as high as 18. During my time in this position I have overseen and actioned all the major Logistic mile stones (Helicopter, Vessel, Shore base, transport and personnel selection) to enable 6 Offshore Drilling and Completion campaigns in various locations around Australia - both safely and without any lost time due to logistics.

I strongly believe in starting with the end in mind and the principal of treating others as you would want to be treated.

Onshore:-
SANTOS ON SHORE SOUTH AUSTRALIA SENIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
(Completions)
Provided full range of field support covering land preparation through to ordering and loading completion equipment (from program) for 9 work over rigs in the Cooper Basin (Moomba). Coordination of the Frac and Coil Tubing operations (lease prep) and fuel and water. Working on roster directly with an Operations Senior Supervisor, my role also included overseeing the manufacture of materials locally and in around Australia. This position also supported the Frac spread and occasionally flowing wells back to dewater. Managing a full inventory of Drill strings and crossovers.

1995 to 1998

SANTOS ON SHORE SOUTH AUSTRALIA DRILLING MATERIAL COORDINATOR
Provided full field support covering land preparation through to ordering and loading of Drilling Spud and Casing requirements (from program) for 8 Drilling rigs in the Cooper Basin (Moomba). Coordinating all the Fuel, Water (including Turkey nest and mobile tanks) Working on roster directly with a Drilling Superintendent. My role also included overseeing the manufacture of materials locally and in around Australia. This position also included maintaining a Drilling inventory of fishing and xover equipment.
