Process and Incoming Quality Control
Set up a Process Flow for Production Line.
Ensuring overall Quality Processes at Production Line by First article Inspection
Daily Process Audit.
Monitor Line Rejection & Pareto Analysis.
Ensuring Corrective Action-Preventive Action (CAPA-8D) for Field Complaints & Internal Rejection
Coordination with Sales, Service, Production and R&D for the Field Data to Minimize the Customer complaints.
