Professional Experience
I have over 11 years’ experience in Senior Quality roles within the Oil & Gas and Marine Industries.
My current project scope of work portfolio is $4 BLN, I am managing quality on 5 fabrication sites, over 40 vendors and 20 main sub-vendors worldwide (this is the largest subsea project ever undertaken). Besides project based work I have managed quality on multiple Enterprise Frame Agreements all in excess of $500 MLN per annum.
I am a very experienced in quality lead auditing, monitoring NCs and improvement actions, process development, procedure development for corporate and project levels, control & improvement, quality tools including root cause analysis, FMECA, Six Sigma, statistics, documentation and all applications of Microsoft Office.
