Electrician

To be given an opportunity in my chosen field and show what knowledge and experience I can bring to a company. A chance to progress my skill in the electrical industry and continue learning on a daily basis.

The majority of my working career has been in the construction industry. Being involved in numerous federally funded projects from university construction, upgrades to numerous hospitals and retirement villages. Of most recent, I have been learning the domestic and industrial side of electrical, whilst still being involved with commercial. Starting off as an apprentice, progressing into a leading hand while working as an electrican on the first retirement village, moving to the UK and recently becoming Manager of the company. I've covered a large amount of aspects in the electrical industry, from domestic maintenance and upgrades, onto industrial maintenance and installations, then new-build construction and running maintenance and on properties while under electrical warranty. This has allowed me to manage apprentices and electricans, read and interpret diagrams and update them when needed, liaise with other trades and construction hierarchy, whilst still performing my duties to the highest standard.

Am willing to travel anywhere at anytime as nothing is keeping me to any location. Seeing a different part of the world would suit me perfectly. Seeking an opportunity and completed my BOSIET recently to show that I'm determined to find employment in the industry and progress my career.
