 Responsible in maintaining, administering, of all project drawings, documents and correspondences through the document control system.
 Liaison with the project team members for preparation of all technical submissions. Ensure all submissions are submitted in timely manner, appropriate approval/rejection are obtained and formally recorded and that changes and revisions are managed as part of document control process.
 Keeping tracking on all outstanding document/drawings & correspondence which are overdue for response and sending reminders to project team members for action.
 Responsible for all project documents, transmittals, submittals and correspondences and ensures proper distribution.
 Co-ordinate with subcontractor’s document control centre to ensure that company corporate systems are implemented.
 Maintain good relation with client, consultants and contractors. Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.
