Plant Engineer

I have hands-on experience in making sure that standards of quality of petroleum products in Petroleum refinery. Proven ability to use problem-solving skills for establishing the root cause of any chemical-related failure.

Having direct responsibility for solving the practical problems in the CDU-Operation department of refinery . Also in overall incharge of Six units of Refinery operation sections in order to determine the optimization of resources and the safety and provide prescribes quality of products to down stream units.

Duties:
 Assist the refinery shift in charge the development of operative strategies
 Scheduling and controlling of production processes and preparing production documents.
 Handling plant in shifts.
 Handling and properly utilizing the manpower of 30 operators.
 Trained 15 operators.
 One among the ten member monitoring committee appointed for conducting the maintenance activities during plant’s annual turnaround.
 Increased the effectiveness of the equipments handled in the production plant .
 Working closely with process operators to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility..
 Attending all process safety reviews as necessary and making sure that all agreed recommendations are adhered to..
