Co-ordination with various vendors and accordingly planning for inspection at vendor end.Co-ordination with purchase team, Production team, service team Incoming QA team to get the information regarding the product and then planning for final inspection.
Handling fifteen vendors at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Coimbatore.
 Preparation and modifying the specification, QAP, Incoming QAP at vendor end.
 Inspection of Ac and DC drives as per specification.
 AC & DC Motors :- Resistance, IR Test, HV Test, No load Test- RPM, Current & Power,Load Test- Rated test, pull out torque, overload test, compound mode test, partial load test and temperature raise test.
 Inspection of break chopper resistors: Resistance, IR test, HV test,temperature raise test.
 Inspection of 950 KVA transformers by IS 2026 part1 and IS 2026 part3: IR test,Voltage ratio test, measurement of winding resistance, measurement of no load loss & current,measurement of short circuit impedance and load loss, separate source voltage with stand test, induced over voltage withstand test, vector group, oil BDV,magnetic balance test.
Generator Pole shoes –Resistance, Inductance, Surge Test, HV Test & Dimensions.
 Enameled Copper Wire & copper strip testing used for Generator stator & rotor ( IEC-60851 & IEC-60317)
