Process Engineer

1. Presently I am working in Ion Exchange resin plant as a process Engineer. Now i am working with basic and detail engineering (PFD, MASS BALANCE, HEAT BALANCE, EQUIPMENT LAYOUT, and COST Estimation & P&ID). I am also involved for Preparation of Process Sequence for automation of our new plant.
2. Previously I was working in LDPE plant as a shift Engineer. There I was working with basic and detail engineering. I am also involved for the preparation of SOP (standard operating procedure) and Check sheet for the startup & shutdown of Purification section and involved in flushing and blowing of different loop of Purification Section.

3. Before that, I had worked with world largest single stream UREA project (capacity of 3850 Te/day) in MATIX FERTILISERS AND CHEMICAL LTD, PANAGARH NEAR DURAGPUR, WEST BENGAL.I had worked with the technical services Team. I have done mass and energy balance of our plant.
4. I had started my career in RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED in July ’2008 as Graduate engineer trainee in LDPE Plant.
6. I also work in NAPTHA CREACKER PLANT.
7. Working for reliability improvement, expansion and up gradation projects.
8. Working for the modification of PFD and P&ID of VCM Plant.
9. Involved in shutdown planning. Worked on HEAT BALANCE & MATERIAL BALANCE of LDPE plant.
10. Familiar with HYSIS & HTRI.
11. Take part for the preparation of emergency procedure.
12. Take part in Resop (Reliance safety observation) round in our plant.
13. Familiar with TEMA classification and API codes and standards.
