Presently working with LUNA CHEMICAL PVT. LTD. (Panoli) Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat as a Shift In charge from 24th August 2015 to till date. Its fully Automatic Chemical Plant
Designation:- shift incharge
Plant :- Acetic Anhydride( AAN), Recovery Plant( Acetic acid)



JOB PROFILE:

I Have Working Control Room (DCS and PLC) to look after all the plant parameters and detail technical study monitoring and controlling process parameters.
Responsible that all the activities such as handling of material loading & unloading of material ,operations and process are done according to safety.
Daily report working shift schedule employees, product production & raw material.
Ensure Normal Operation of Plat and equipments for steady state operation in central Ensuring safe and smooth operation by minimizing down time maximize production.
Responsible for safe shutdown and startup of plant.
To solve the problems by effective communication.
To ensure process parameters as per safety standards and guidance.
Handling and Responsibility Compressors & Pumps.
Work Permit System and other Safety System Work Experience and Equipments Handling.
Responsible for Safe Procedure of Raw Material Unloading and Loading of Products in Tank Farm.
