Collaborated with Shell and CGI team to create a common training approach that
aids in induction of members within Shell as part of project joining program
- Designed a unified, intuitive and responsive UI for multiple modules within the
application. An integrated design helping data export across multiple applications
improved the overall efficiency and user satisfaction by 40%.
- Preparation of overall data flow and integrity framework within PetroSigns
application and its domain across the modules. Focus on how reservoir simulation
data is utilized as an indicator for future decision in business
- Lead the transition project Implementation Roll out for all the teams comprising of
development and QA testing.
- Performed detailed analysis of application Workflow and proposed solution to
improvise on the user flexibility
- SME Lead for a team of 4 comprising of QA, Development team to train on domain
and help in describing PBI’s, Acceptance Criteria and Requirements finalization
