Worked at a 250 Kbd Heavy Crude Oil Complex Refinery for the "Valero Aruba Refinery".

Responsible for several Unit's Operations without supervision such as: Atmospheric Crude Oil Distillation with First and Second stage Desalters. Demulsifier Unit,
Diesel Fractionating Unit.
Overhead Off Gas Compressor Unit.
Saturated Gas Unit with Debutanizer, Dehexanizer, Depropanizer.
LPG Unit with DeEthanizer.
Heavy Fuel Oil Supply Unit.
Tar Rundown Unit.
Visbreaker Unit with an annex a Vacuum Flasher.
Crude Oil Supply Charge Pump House Unit.
Hot Blow Down Unit.
Some experience as a DCS Panel Operator for the all the above mentioned Unit's.

Basic Operator Training (BOT)
Core 5 Competency Level Operator.
Units Qualification Test (QT) to independently and without supervision operate each unit safely and efficiently.
Training and test modules for the specific job training conducted by the United Oil Product (UOP) Management Services.
OSHA 40
Certificate Emergency Response Team (ERT) (Fire Fighter, Rescue and HAZMAT)
First Aid (Red Cross)
Safety and Health train the trainee.

Computer software Microsoft office Word an Excell. Architectural and Mechanical Drafting. Pipe fabricator.

Responsibilities and Duties
Routinely walk through the unit's taking readings of the unit process variables and equipments.
Take Product Samples for Lab and visual inspection.
Monitor the unit Chemicals Injection Systems.
Monitor the lubrication Lube Oil and Oil Mist Generators system.
Perform vibration test on rotating equipments.
Monitor and inspect fire equipments, alarm system and fire extinguishers.
Perform minor maintenance.
Switch strainers.
Monitor and change the furnaces oil burners.
Perform housekeeping.
Isolate, prepare and LO/TO equipments.
Issuing work permits.
Perform COMB, H2S, CO, O2 test inside the units and confined spaces.
Assisting Engineers departments and contractors.
Commission and De-commission the units.
Practicing preventive maintenance.
Report daily ongoing activities inside the LOG book
