I master the drafting process Organize and participate in risk assessments (ARO) and Risks Assessment, site opening meetings (ROC) and (RLO) launch site meetings, permits, audit and allowing the successful realization and implementation offshore site safely. My current supervisor job brings me to spend a significant portion of my time on the site, and made me a man of the field. Supervising several teams for over 18 years my listening skills, persuasion and innovation were essential to carry out the various tasks entrusted to me. Furthermore, my role as supervisor helps me understand the cost control, on time, the work quality end control and monitoring HSE.
