A dedicated Construction Engineer with nearly ten years of experience in execution of brownfield oil & gas projects and pipelines with extensive experience in Mid & upstream developments for Oil field well pads, Oil & gas processing plants etc, both as an EPC Contractor’s and an Owner Operator’s Teams.
Work Profile:
As a part of the projects fabrication facility, responsible for providing prefabrication deliverables like Piping Prefabrication, surface preparation & painting, Structural & Support Fabrication, Skid assembly etc for multiple simultaneous projects like De-bottlenecking, EOR, infill campaigns, Capacity Augmentation etc for various brown field upstream Oil & Gas well pads of Owner-Operator M/s. Cairn India limited.
• Since involved in the construction of this prefabrication facility, have developed and implemented systems for tracking of Spools & Structures for effective completion of project delivery right from Material identification to delivery of prefabricated members.
• During construction of the facility, involved in PEB structure erection & handover, erection of machinery like CNC profiling machine, Blasting & painting Machinery for structures & pipes, EOT Crane and for commissioning & handing over of all these machines.
• Formulated and implemented spool tracking system using Piping management software – Proman for generation of slot wise spool list and monitoring material front, fabrication, inspection & delivery of Piping spools.
• Responsible for delivery of Injector & producer modular skids both in-house and outsourced including attending all interfaces like structural, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and commissioning activities.
• Monitoring the daily work activities of Contractor and updating Contractor Progress Reports.
• As a part of skid delivery responsible for checking ISO compliance to standard PID & to ensure proper tolerance in the prefabrication spools to accommodate interdisciplinary clashes like Actuator sizing etc so as to reduce rework and ensure timely hook up at site.
• Coordinate with vendors & contractors to fulfill all the requirements of the project submittals; like ITRs, RFI Clearance & final documentation.

ACADEMICS:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar affiliated to Visveswaraya Technological University, “Belgaum (KK)” with 58% marks in 2006.
• Completed Senior Secondary Examination from Punjab school education board scoring 59% marks.
• Completed Secondary Examination from Punjab school education board scoring 76% marks.
