Pre-commissioning of hoisting equipments: Witness and certify load test for Man rider winches/daily use air winches/ BOP winch/ Crown block/ Big bag handling winch etc..
Witness and certify proof load test for Lifting Pad eyes/wire rope slings.
Monitoring Integration test during pre-commissioning.
I have 3 years experience in offshore related construction, in this period I was worked in technip/BV (Angola) for their offshore pipe line project. 6 months I was sailed in McDermott LB 32 barge for KJO project, and above 1 year I was worked in McDermott facility for various offshore platform construction projects.
Vender Inspections: Carry out the FAT, carryout shops and factories approval activities.
Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1): Witnessing welding inspection/High pressure piping & low pressure piping inspection/reviewing Heat treatment chart/ witnessing distractive and nondestructive tastings/ dimensional inspection/ alignment checking/ bolt torque etc.., for entire rig structure.
Painting inspection (B-Gas GrII): Painting activities witnessed from material receiving to final product for the various purpose coating applications, and familiar with different manufacturers products and MSDS.
Eductation
Diploma in mechanical engineering (2002), Vocational higher secondary education (1997), technical higher secondary school (1995)
Certification
CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection (TWI-UK 2007- renewed), B-gas Gr 2 painting inspection (TWI-UK-2010 renewed), ASNT Level 2 in RT/UT/MT/PT.
Additional Information
During the period of my last project I have been experienced the AFT for Drilling equipment's and related accessories(draw work, rotary table, crown block sheaves, mast rising sheaves, load bearing shafts, mud pumps, DDM, etc…). Witnessed the proof load test for the wire rope slings, hoisting equipment's(Man rider winch, rig floor winches, BOP winches, casing stabbing board, big bag handling winch, crown block, lifting pad eyes etc),
