A. Roles and Responsibilities Performing:-
1. Responsible for ensuring projects compliance to company policies.
2. Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
3. Responsible as a focal point between User Department and Contracts section.
4. Benchmark commercial processes and procedures with OPCO’s, other best practices and produce gap analysis and recommendation for implementation of the same.
5. Discuss / debate issues with management.
6. Ensuring technical and commercial implementation of contracts and assisting project team in management of contracts including variations to contracts.
7. Responsible for ensuring Contracts compliance to KPI.
8. Adhere to all HSE standards and specification of Company.
9. Advising the appropriate strategy where dispute or claim situation arises.
10. Provides expert-level contracting advice.
11. Broad focus on contractual issues such as contract preparation, maintenance, cost monitoring & ordering and payment procedures.
B. Key tasks performed:-
1 Preparation of main forms of pre and post-contract documentation including interim valuations and final accounts;
2 Contract documentation up to date and ensure that all documents relating to the contract are consistent, and that all parties have the correct version.
3 Provide input to contract provision, maintenance, and implementation.
4 Analyze risk distribution issues, main and sub-contractor relationships.
5 Liaising with other divisions for all related contractual matters and develop working relationships with line Managers.

Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University, Guntur, A.P. State, India, Passed in 1985

1. Awarding Contracts course from University of Reading, UK, Passed in March 2010
