I have 30+ years of wide International executive experiences within the Oil & Gas industry mainly in Drilling (Predominently in the Middle East) with broad proficiency in all aspects of general management, supply chain, strategy, business development, marketing (Social Media, Presentations, Web page, Brochures, Public releases) and financial management in a fast paced context for Drilling (Land, MODU & MOPU) and Service Company BU’s. I create value through a goal-oriented and energetic approach, which broadly covers end-to-end financial management, business, and organizational development that has been applied to and developed across a variety of functions and industries.

Through strong leadership skills, I foster engagement and active stakeholder management. I proactively influence and motivate managers across the organization, using strong analytical skills and communication to drive Team performance.
Successful implementation is ensured by fostering a high performance culture, setting clear goals and by building ownership. I have direct hands on experience on/offshore rig new builds, upgrades, certification requirements (ABS/DNV/NDT), corporate banking, procurement, shipping and upstream oil industry and from a broad range of business contexts; i.e. start-up, accelerated growth, realignment, turnaround, shutdown, C-Level negotiations, marketing, business development, contract management, capitol investment, general & operational management skill sets.

Previous experience of managing a large P&L for multiple product lines, with experience of senior level management at country and general management level. Experience of managing BD through managing operations, workshop and sales functions within Oil & Gas environment. Manage all headcount in country with a focus on developing local content employees, while Represent the company with all commercial, sales and business development activities. Act proactively as part of the regional leadership team to develop the company's market share.

I am currently residing in Muscat, Oman with my family, and willing to relocate immediately.
